- [About](https://takumahabu.com/about/): My name is Takuma Habu (土生拓磨), and I go by “Tak.” I’m a Lecturer in Strategy and Business Economics at the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, Cornell University. I was previously a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Cornell University (2023–25). I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Chicago (2023) and an MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford (2012), having worked at Oxera (an economics consulting firm) in between. I am the 2023 Category 3 New York State Criterium champion! Most importantly, you can find me on Strava. Here are some of my favourite rides in Chicago and Ithaca area. I’ve only included routes I’ve done myself. All routes are on Garmin Connect.
